JustQR is designed to process QR scanning and QR generation in your browser. The site does not require an account.
QR content and images
QR images selected for scanning and text entered for QR generation are processed in your browser by the site’s JavaScript. JustQR does not intentionally upload that QR content to a JustQR server.
Camera access
If you choose camera scanning, your browser will request camera permission. Camera frames are used by the browser-based scanner to detect QR codes.
Third-party scripts
The current build loads open-source QR libraries from cdnjs/Cloudflare. Their network infrastructure may receive standard web request information such as IP address and browser details.
Advertising
Advertising is not enabled in the starter build. If Google AdSense or another advertising provider is enabled later, this policy must be updated to describe cookies, identifiers and advertising data used by that provider before ads go live.
Hosting logs
Your hosting provider may automatically keep standard access and security logs. Review the policy of whichever hosting provider you use.
